arizona and the obama administration. this time, over the state requirement that those who seek to register to vote provide proof of u.s. citizenship. arizona registration form requires more proof than the simpler federal form. on which applicants check a box, ind kateing u.s. citizen think, sign attesting to that fact and drop it in the mail. arizona argues that it doesn't conflict with the federal form but serves as an additional barrier against voting by non-u.s. citizens. >> if somebody is willing to fraudulently vote that person would be willing to sign fals falsely. so the signature doesn't mean anything. we need evidence that the person is a citizen. >> justice scalia sounded skeptical of the streamlined federal form. "check off, i am a citizen, right? so it's under oath. big deal. if you are willing to violate the voting laws i suppose you're willing to violate the perjury laws." despite issue the arizona officials say they are facing justices like ruth bader ginsberg said there are statutes saying they must accept and use the federal form period. that is the end of it.

here. look at the last four years. the obama administration has put in place higher taxes and massive amounts of debt and burdensome regulations that make it more expensive for job creators to create jobs and have resulted in sluggish economic growth. for the past four years, 0.8% growth is what we have seen under this administration. you would hope that the democrats would be preparing the budget and looking at policies that will grow the economy. what we're hearing is that it will be more of the same. we are talking about trillion dollar tax increase and more spending and nothing to save social security and medicare by reforming those programs in a way that will align them with the future demographics of this country. it is more of the same policies with regards to their budget. we think there is a better way. we will look for opportunities to offer amendments that will point that out. bottom line, the democrat budget as we know it today is going to hurt jobs, the economy, and make it difficult for job creators to get americans back to work. that should be the fundamental question w

the war started and five years, four and a half since the obama administration took over, what's it going to take? >> i think general shinseki is an example of the many public services at the va, he is a decorated veteran himself. i've dealt with va officials in arkansas and washington here and they want to do the right thing. they may lack the resources and best practices. in some ways the department of veteran affairs is like an insurance company or claims processing company. they don't always have the best and most modern practices and one thing we could do in congress through oversight is help to ensure they get the training and resources they need. i think the will and the desire are certainly there to serve veterans if you look at an organization like walmart, my home state just announced a new initiative where they're going to hire every veteran who applies for a job, as long as they have a clean background check, they want that experience there. the country certainly appreciates veterans and wants to serve them. >> good intentions just don't get them those benefits soon enough. >>

, and the accusations flying back and forth about chemical weapons. the obama administration has said in the past this would be a game changer that is a red line. as we were discussing earlier with iran watson, tens of thousands of people have been readily killed by conventional weapons, why would this make it different? >> i think the great fear that the u.s. has, that the obama administration has, certainly the israelis have, if these weapons, if these stockpiles got into the wrong hands, they sense right now -- i think they still sense, that the syrian military of president bashar al assad, even though he's desperate and may be on his last leg, he's probably not going to use expensively chemical weapons. but they fear these weapons could get in the hands of terrorists, sympathizers to al qaeda, if it got into the hands of hezbollah which the u.s. and israel see as an extension in effect of iran, there would be deep concern. i don't think the israelis would allow that to happen. i think they would use military force to prevent that if necessary. and i suspect the united states would as well. so
